“Silence speaks the loudest — when built with balance.”
Anandam is a calm yet expressive corner residence designed with a strong focus on clarity, proportion, and material honesty. Built as a white box composition, the project lets form and texture become the main language — rather than ornamentation.
The projected balcony breaks the linearity, creating a visual tension and simultaneously offering shade to the lower level — acting as a bold floating frame.
Stone, wooden cladding, and fluted textures are placed intentionally to complement each other — never competing.
The pergola-topped terrace invites filtered sunlight, while glass railings maintain openness — a terrace not just to view the sky, but to inhale it.
A wooden-clad block wraps the living space, with a horizontal slit window providing controlled light and privacy from the street.
The south side is kept minimal and solid, respecting the harsh sun and ensuring thermal comfort on this corner plot.
Louver panels tactfully conceal toilet vents on the upper floor — breaking monotony and offering an elegant rhythm to the façade..
Patterned jaalis create a soft diffusion of light and shadow, adding a sensory layer to the transition zone.
